Mathematics PhD Student

U.C. Los Angeles

About me

I am a third year PhD candidate in Harmonic analysis at UCLA, under the supervision of Terence Tao. I was born in Barcelona, where I lived most of my life. I moved to Los Angeles in 2016 to finish my Bachelor’s, and to Zurich in 2017 to do a Master’s in mathematics. Now at UCLA I’m trying to learn some restriction and decoupling theory.

I am currently a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Student Researcher. Before that I was a “La Caixa” post-graduate fellow, and before that an ESOP fellow at ETHZ.

My name is pronouced [ˈʒawmə] , my pronouns are he/him.
